Description
HS-2000 external ultrasonic level meter adopts the echo ranging principle of sonar, overcomes the influence of tank wall on ultrasonic signal, and adopts advanced digital signal processing technology, which can truly measure the liquid level in the tank without contact and with high precision. The liquid level meter can output 4~20mA standard signal or output the measurement results to the upper computer (or secondary table) through the RS-485 interface to meet the automatic control of the system.
Non-contact measurement capability
The ultrasonic sensor (probe) is external, and there is no need to open a hole in the container to be tested.
Automatic calibration function
The liquid level meter has a self-calibration function, which overcomes the problem of reduced accuracy of traditional liquid level meters after long-term use.
Infrared online debugging function
Convenient infrared debugging function is especially suitable for dangerous occasions where it is not suitable to open the cover for debugging; at the same time, it reduces the debugging difficulty.
Self-diagnosis function
The liquid level meter has the function of diagnosing its own working status, and also has the function of hardware diagnosis, which increases reliability and stability of liquid level meter.
One-click recovery function
When the level meter works abnormally, it can be restored to normal state with one click through the debugger.
Local display and remote transmission function
The liquid level meter can not only conveniently display the liquid level value on site, but also transmit it remotely to the control room through the signal line.
