HS-SP RF Admittance Level Switch

Description

The working principle of RF guide position switch is based on RF RF (RF) capacitance technology. A radio frequency is applied to the probe, and through continuous analysis, the influence caused by the surrounding environment is determined.Because all materials have dielectric constant and their conductivity is different from air, the total impedance reflected by the small capacitance changes when the probe contacts with the material. Because the electrized probe and the container reflect the two plates of the capacitor, the insulator and the peripheral air of the probe become dielectric materials, and the capacitive effect is strengthened when the air (with its dielectric constant of 1.0) is replaced by any other material (dielectric constant> 1). Thus changing the impedance in the application situation. That is, the change of the capacitance value causes the change of the impedance. This effect is measured by the circuit and compared to a reference reference established by the sensitivity setting (circuit).

The correct setting of the RF guide position switch sensitivity will affect the correct change of the sensor output. The Null-KoTeTM circuit of the sensor allows the measuring circuit to ignore the material accumulated on the sensor, otherwise it will cause sensitivity failure. The Null-KoTeTM circuit is excited with the same radio frequency potential as that added to the sensing probe. Because the current cannot flow at the phase potential, the Null-KoTeTM circuit cuts off the current flow from the electrified probe through the accumulated material to the wall of the vessel. This shows the material around the power-on probe, rather than the accumulated material.

Features

Strong versatility: it can be applied to the measurement of various conductive and non-conductive media, such as liquid, viscosity, particles, powder, fly ash.

Anti-adhesion: Patented anti-adhesion circuit can eliminate false signals caused by material adhesion.

The probe is detachable: There is no cable connection between the controller and the probe, and the controller can be removed, replaced, and repaired at any time.

High and low temperature resistance: suitable for working environment from -184C to 280C, ceramic probes suitable for higher temperatures are also available head.

Output form: Double-pole double-throw relay signal output, with a status light to display the output status, and a delay function of 0 to 30 seconds.

Intelligent diagnosis: After power on, the instrument circuit automatically detects whether the working status is normal.
