Description
The HS-1000 series crude oil water content analyzer utilizes electromagnetic wave phase shift detection technology to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil. Based on the magnitude of the composite dielectric constant of the mixed liquid, the water content in the crude oil can be calculated. It enables comprehensive online measurement and monitoring of water content, remote data transmission, real-time online monitoring of water content, and integration with existing digital platforms. This allows for real-time monitoring and recording of changes in the water content of crude oil in pipelines, meeting the needs of production sites.
Working Principle
The analyzer employs electromagnetic wave phase shift detection technology to measure the dielectric constant of crude oil. Since the dielectric constant of water is much greater than that of petroleum, water has a much higher absorption rate of high-frequency electromagnetic waves than petroleum. By measuring the magnitude of the electromagnetic wave energy in the resonant cavity probe and processing and analyzing the data, the proportion of water in the crude oil can be determined.
